8 inch-square cake comprising four alternate layers of coffee soaked vegan and gluten-free biscuits and oatly whipped cream with a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
Serves up to 9 persons. When we handmake our cakes we freeze them in order to keep the freshness as we don't use preservatives. Once defrosted, you can keep it in the fridge up to 4 days.
