Handmade 12 inch-square tiramisu cake comprising four alternate layers of coffee soaked savoiardi biscuits and mascarpone whipped cream with a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
When we handmake our tiramisu cakes we freeze them in order to keep the freshness and the look as we don't use preservatives.
